Activation/Relaxation Protocol

An innovative way of acting on our nervous system based on the ancestral traditions of Himalayan Yoga.

In this class series we’ll work on neuroplasticity, the ability of the brain to form new connections. We’ll engage in energy-boosting exercises to help us overcome fears, stress, anxiety, and limiting beliefs.

Activating the body via physical movement stimulates the stress response of the sympathetic nervous system, from there we dive into parasympathetic activation, the “rest and digest” component, to calm the senses, the mind, and the breath.
