What is Yoga Nidra:
Yoga nidra is a form of meditation performed while lying supine in savasana. Deep relaxation, conscious sleep, withdrawal of the senses, experience of opposites, exploration of the subconscious, union with bliss… Yoga Nidra is all this and much more. The best way to understand is to try it!
Check also this page about my Yoga Nidra Sessions.
What is Kundalini tantra:
Yoga means union, and union is the ultimate goal of yoga. Union between the self and the universe, between the masculine and the feminine, between kundalini Shakti and Shiva in the crown chakra.
Kundalini is a concept found in many ancestral cultures, the universal feminine energy dormant within us, coiled near the tailbone.
Kundalini tantra, also known as Kriya yoga, is the oldest form of yoga, described in the Vedas and Upanishads, and transmitted orally to the present day by Himalayan mystics.
A mix of dynamic physical practices, breathing, mantra, mudra and meditation, combined together in sequences known as kriyas. It is an intense form of yoga that works on a deep level, towards higher states of consciousness.
